Do you provide a local pickup option?
Unfortunately, we do not provide a local pickup option, we operate solely online and do not have a physical store location.
What products do you sell for my car?
Our website has a built in Vehicle Part Selector, simply select your vehicle and our site will show you which parts are compatible with your vehicle.
Cannot find the part you are looking for?
If you cannot find the part on our website, please fill out our Spare Parts Enquiry Form.
My car isn’t listed in Parts Finder?
Not all makes and models are available in our Part Finder. We are constantly refreshing and adding more vehicles.
What do all the stock status options mean?
Shipping and Delivery of products will depend upon availability. We will provide this information to you by marking the products on the website as:
“In Stock” - This product is located at an Australian located warehouse and will be shipped immediately after we process your order.
“Direct Ship” - This item is sourced from our supplier to VW Central, once received, we will ship directly to you after we process your order.
“Drop Ship” - This item is sourced from our supplier and will be sent from the supplier to your door after the order is processed.

Do you ship world-wide?
Our website is configured to ship only to Australian addresses. If you are located internationally please contact us to arrange a shipping quote.

What is the difference between Standard Shipping & Express Shipping?
For ‘Standard Shipping’ we generally use Couriers Please, Fastway or Australia Post when shipping all products marked “In Stock” or “Direct Ship.”
For ‘Express Shipping’ depending on the size of the parcel our courier service providers we use are TNT Road Express or TOLL IPEC.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your Tracking Number and Shipping Carrier.
